Educational Criteria
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.
- Eligible Branches: CSE, IT, ISE, Computer Engineering, ECE, AI/ML, AI & DS, Data Science, or closely related engineering disciplines
- Graduation Batch: 2025 and 2026
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 80% throughout in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation, or a minimum of 8.0 CGPA/equivalent percentage, as applicable
- Internship: Minimum one relevant internship in Software Development, Data, AI/ML, QA, Cloud, or a related technology field
- EEE Candidates: May also be considered if they have strong programming and software engineering fundamentals

Agivant is looking for curious, analytical, and technology-driven Associate Engineers who want to build strong engineering fundamentals and grow into specialized roles across:

Selected candidates will work with experienced engineering teams, contribute to real-world projects, and develop their skills through structured learning, hands-on assignments, and practical engineering experience.
Candidates are not expected to know every technology mentioned in the job description. Agivant is primarily looking for strong fundamentals, learning ability, problem-solving skills, and the potential to grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build AI-first and agentic applications using modern AI technologies and frameworks.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Apply programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, and problem-solving skills to engineering challenges.
- Work with databases, SQL, APIs, and software development tools.
- Contribute to applications, automation tools, utilities, and proof-of-concepts.
- Gain exposure to Data Engineering, Full Stack Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI/GenAI, and Cloud Engineering.
- Learn and apply engineering practices such as Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build, improve, and maintain technology solutions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to real-world business problems.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts as data structures
- Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Git or another version-control system
- Ability to understand technical requirements and clearly explain project work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage, but these skills are not mandatory:
