About the Role

Hitachi Energy is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Associate Project Engineer- Cyber Security to join its team.

The engineer will support Global Projects by adapting HVDC Cyber security for SCADA & HMI, and develop architecture and functional descriptions for future technologies. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Project Engineer- Cyber Security, you may be involved in:

•  Supporting Global Projects by adapting HVDC Cyber security for SCADA & HMI.
• Developing architecture & functional descriptions for Functions / Solutions for future HVDC in cyber security technologies.
• Preparing & performing test case scenarios & participating in FST.
•  Designing & developing a secured network architecture for SCADA system with advanced cyber security features.
• Monitoring and validating third party security patches to ensure system reliability.
• Implementing internal and external intrusion detection systems in the SCADA network.
• Performing technical audits of SCADA devices and networks to identify security concerns.
• Conducting physical security surveys and assessing remote sites connected to the SCADA network.
• Handling backup/imaging on servers and workstations and managing patches.
• Collaborating with different stakeholders across the business units to optimize Cyber security solutions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills (Candidates should have):
