Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle OTM Consultant, you will be involved in:

• Learning Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
• Assisting in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Supporting production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
• Preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Participating in system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously learning emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies.
