Key Responsibilities

As an AI-Native Java Engineer Trainee, your responsibilities will span across three main areas:

• 1. AI-Augmented Engineering:
• Use AI tools to assist in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques.
• 2. Backend Engineering:
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build REST APIs and microservices, working with databases and data models.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• 3. AI-Aware Development:
