Position 1: ServiceNow Developer – Fresher / Graduate Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to start their careers as ServiceNow Developers. Prior exposure to ServiceNow might not be mandatory. Candidates should have strong fundamentals in programming, scripting, analytical thinking, and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and Generative AI. Selected candidates will undergo structured training on ServiceNow, including AI-enabled capabilities within the platform.

Required Skills (Must Have)

Programming & Logic:

·      Basics of programming or scripting (JavaScript, Python, Java, C, or similar)

·      Understanding of variables, data types, conditional statements, and loops

·      Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills

Learning & Adaptability:

·      Ability to understand requirements and translate them into solutions

·      Willingness to learn enterprise platforms and new technologies

AI & Generative AI Exposure (Basic)

·      Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts

·      Conceptual knowledge of Generative AI (e.g., how tools like ChatGPT work)

·      Exposure to AI tools for coding support or problem-solving

·      Interest in applying AI to automate tasks and enhance workflows

·      Advanced AI/ML expertise will add advantage

Good to Have

·      Basic JavaScript knowledge

·      Understanding of OOP concepts

·      Basic database and web technology awareness

·      Internship or academic project experience if any

·      Fundamental of Testing with selenium and automation tools

·      Software development lifecycle

·      ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library ) 

Position 2: M365– Fresher / Graduate Trainee : Job Description 

Required Skills

·      Assist in developing and customizing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to support business requirements.

·      Create, maintain, and enhance Power Automate workflows for process automation and notifications.

·      Develop and update Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

·      Support basic Power Platform environment configuration, including solutions, connections, and security roles.

·      Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to understand functional and technical requirements.

·      Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and post-deployment support of Power Platform solutions.

·      Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

·      Support integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Dataverse.

·      Assist in troubleshooting application issues and providing basic technical support to end users.

• Actively learn and apply Power Platform best practices, governance guidelines, and new feature updates.

Optional Skills

• Assist in building and configuring Copilot Studio bots for internal business use cases.
• Help design conversational flows, topics, and responses using low‑code Copilot Studio capabilities.
• Support integration of Copilot Studio with Power Automate for backend actions and workflows.
• Participate in testing, refining, and improving Copilot responses for accuracy and usability.
• Learn responsible AI usage, prompt design basics, and governance concepts related to Microsoft Copilot Studio
