Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- to 4,50,000/- Per Annum. (Including 10% Variable pay which is payable monthly basis) + Shift allowances

  • Education: BCA/BCS/BE / BTech /MCA/MCS/ME/ MTech (All Branches)
  • Batch: No Pass out year Criteria.
  • Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join as IT Service

Desk Analyst. This role requires rotational 24/7 support operations with Work from Office

and candidate will be the first point of contact for end-user’s issues. candidate will be

responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related problems, providing

timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills (Must Have)

Technical:

  • Windows OS
  • Microsoft Office 365 (O365)
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Networking Basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • ServiceNow / Ticketing Tools
  • Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
  • Remote Support Tools (Bomgar, LMI)
  • Intune Device Management

Learning & Adaptability:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressure-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude with a professional work approach.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules.
