Job Details

Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

CTC (Post Internship): ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.2 LPA (Based on performance & company policy)

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Job Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Position-wise Responsibilities

1. Project Management Intern

• Track day-to-day project progress and task completion.
• Coordinate with team members regarding pending activities.
• Update project status and progress reports.
• Maintain project information in the Project Management System (PMS).
• Record project milestones, timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Identify project delays and report them to the Project Manager.

2. Sales & Marketing Intern

• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Coordinate client follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Assist in proposal preparation and client communication.
• Participate in digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare marketing presentations and promotional content.

3. Business Analyst Intern

• Analyze business data and market trends.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Support business requirement documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in business analysis and reporting activities.

Required Skills
