Training & Compensation

During Training:

After Successful Training Completion:

• CTC: ₹5 LPA
• Variable Pay: 0–11%

Retention Bonus

Eligible selected candidates will receive a 25% retention bonus, payable in two stages:

• 40% of the retention bonus: At the end of the 18th month
• 60% of the retention bonus: At the end of the 24th month

Selection Process

Round 1: Pre-Placement Talk + Online Test

The Pre-Placement Session and Online Test will be conducted on 21st August at the upGrad Centre.

Round 2: Communication Round

Candidates shortlisted after the online test will proceed to a Communication Round, which will be conducted by the HR team through telephonic or email interaction.

Round 3: Final Technical Interview

Candidates clearing the communication round will be scheduled for the Final Technical Interview, which will be conducted virtually by the hiring company.

Round 4: HR Round

Candidates who successfully clear the technical interview will proceed to the final HR Round, conducted virtually.
