 About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you will work as part of Birlasoft's Oracle ERP Consulting team, supporting global clients with Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.

The role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in:

 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.

• Configure, test, and validate Oracle ERP modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test cases, and user guides.
• Develop reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations, and workflows where applicable.
